95 accord cooling

The car's been shut for 2 weeks. When I started firstly it was difficult for me to start. And when it did start, I switched on the AC and it just wouldn't cool. I waited for like 15 minutes, and then it started. It never takes so long.

Obviously that had to happen. The AC has a direct connection with the engine. If the engine isn't warmed up properly then how can you expect it to start immediately?
