Just got a 99 honda civic dx, like a project car. I am not sure what to do with it..
Seeking advice from someone here so it to be a street legal and can make it fast in low cost...

Yeah I havent driven the same honda, but I have some and can say that it is definitely a dandy. I mean it's quite economical. What kinda advice you looking for though?

You should definitely look to modify the car. But don't exactly know what kind of thing you would be looking for. The best thing is to have it checked out at one of the shops as to what your options are

Well, you see the engine has some numbers. The only way to legalize it is if you can change the engine itself. Because for registration you need the engine number.
